  • U.S. Shipping
  • All orders from within the U.S. will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. U.S. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive from the time of shipment. If you want your order to be shipped insured against damage during shipping, select it below. If you don't select insurance, we will not be responsible for any damage that takes place during shipping.

  • Foreign Orders
  • We do ship to locations outside of the U.S. However, we can only accept payments in U.S. funds through the PayPal service. Orders from outside the U.S. will be sent using Airmail or Air Parcel Post. However, shipments outside the U.S. require an additional charge. Please select the option that best fits your location, below. Note: Select the shipping option with or without insurance for your country; don't select both.

    To Europe: $7.50
    To Europe, Insured: $15.00
    To Australia/N.Z.: $7.50
    To Aus./N.Z., Insured: $15.00
    Note: Sometimes, your local postal service may add an import duty or fee to the package you receive. We have no way of knowing in advance if they will do so, or how much the fee might be. We suggest that if you have any questions about import fees, you contact your local postal service.
  • Sales Tax
  • Orders from within the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

  • Order Processing
  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement. Orders placed after 8:00 PM CST Thursday will usually ship the following Monday. You will receive email notifications to indicate when an order is in process, and when it has shipped.

  • Backordered Items
  • If any item you request is not in stock, you will be issued a refund through PayPal for the amount of that item. Any remaining items on your order which are in stock will be shipped.

  • Return Policy
  • We have a 30 day guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your order, let us know via email within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items which have been opened or in any way used prior to return will not be accepted for return. If the item(s) you wish to return are in returnable condition we will accept the returned item(s) and issue you a refund via PayPal. We will not be responsible for postage on returned items.

  • Damaged Items
  • Items which have been damaged in shipment will not be accepted for return, unless you paid for shipping insurance on the order. If you have paid for insurance and the package arrives damaged, contact us via email and we will pursue a claim with the Postal Service. Sometimes, items such as videotapes may be unusable, but it isn't obvious until the package is opened. If you receive such an item, contact us and we will do our best to replace the item, if possible.

  • Privacy Policy
  • Any information you give us in the process of placing an order will remain confidential. We will not share any customer information we obtain with any other company or institution.
